Feather Meal Anti-Corrosion Workshop

This 3,120 m² workshop in Changle, Weifang, Shandong produces 30,000 tons of feather meal annually under severe corrosive gases and humid steam. A customized multi-layer protection system was deployed: zinc-rich primer for cathodic protection, epoxy intermediate coat as a dense barrier, and polyurethane/fluorocarbon topcoat against UV and chemical attack, complemented by sealed envelope joints and dehumidification ventilation. With the coating remaining intact since operation, this project marks the establishment of Derun Heavy Steel's mature, replicable technical system for highly corrosive industrial environments.
