Industrial Building

High-Precision Intelligent Manufacturing

Industrial steel structures carry production equipment, crane loads, storage and sometimes multi-level plant operations. Derun supplies frames for workshops, factory buildings, parking garages and steel bridge structures, designed around machine layout, crane runway capacity and floor loads rather than a generic building grid.

Where a production line or lifting equipment is planned, crane beams, column base connections and bracing are sized first, then walls and roof follow. Heavy frames use Q235B or Q355B members with the connection details reviewed against workshop drawings. We account for ventilation, daylight and equipment access openings so internal production flow is not blocked by columns. For multi-level plants or mezzanines, we leave room for stairs, maintenance landings and routed utilities, and set column grids to match the equipment footprint rather than an even external bay pattern.

Industrial structure types we cover:

Our technical engineering support aligns the frame with your process layout, and installation crews assemble components on site when the project requires overseas supervision. Completed factory and storage deliveries are collected in our project list.

Provide the equipment list, crane capacity, floor plan and site conditions, and we will outline the industrial steel frame package for your plant. Submit the brief through the contact page.
