Derun's installation crews provide erection supervision, bolt-up and assembly support on steel frames. The team brings experienced erectors, lifting equipment and measuring tools matched to frame size, and covers the sequence from setting-out and column base alignment through lifting, bolting, welding and cladding handover.

On site, members are marked against shop drawings before lifting, and bolt torque and weld sequence are kept under inspection records. The service covers industrial workshops, commercial halls, warehouses, prefab houses, truss structures and agricultural buildings, mainly for local crews that need a qualified supervisor rather than a full imported erection team.

Crews follow the erection sequence laid out in the drawings: columns and base anchors first, then crane beams and main rafters, bracing before secondary members, and purlins last. Each lifted bay is checked for column alignment, level and plumb before the next section is assembled, and temporary bracing stays in place until permanent connections are tight.

Handover steps cover wall and roof panel fixing, seam sealing, touch-up paint on galvanized surfaces damaged during lifting, and a site record of welds, bolt torque and corrected dimensions. The crew reports progress to the main contractor so cladding and utility work can start without waiting for a separate inspection round.
