Steel Structure Hardware Accessories

Complete Fasteners and Accessories for Steel Building Frames

Every steel frame depends on hardware that connects members correctly and transfers wind, crane and seismic loads back to the foundations. Derun supplies bolts, nuts, washers, bracing, anchor parts and secondary steel fittings matched to our steel structure frames, so a building does not arrive on site missing the small parts that hold it together.

Connection parts are chosen against member forces, hole patterns and surface treatment rather than picked from a generic standard list. Frame members use Q235B or Q355B steel, and fasteners for exposed positions can be hot-dip galvanized to match the surrounding steelwork.

Main Parts and Accessories in a Typical Steel Package

The range below covers the parts found in a portal frame, storage building or workshop package, from foundation bolts to roof and wall bracing.

Bolted Fasteners and Connection Sets
01

Bolted Fasteners and Connection Sets

We supply hex bolts in grades 4.6 and 8.8, high-strength friction-grip bolt sets for primary moment connections, anchor bolts, embedded base plates, cleat angles and splice plates for column bases and beam splices. Connection pairs are delivered with matched nuts and washers, and torque coefficient values plus tightening requirements are listed in the erection drawings.

Nuts, Washers and Standard Fixings

Nuts, Washers and Standard Fixings

Alongside main fasteners, the package covers hex nuts, flat and spring washers, U-bolts for purlin restraint, self-drilling screws and rivets for cladding, and shear connectors for composite floor construction. Parts are grouped by project in the supply list, so site crews do not need to source small fittings from several suppliers before installation.

Bracing, Tie Rods and Secondary Steel Parts
03

Bracing, Tie Rods and Secondary Steel Parts

Secondary steelwork includes roof and wall tension rods, cross bracing, purlin bracing, wall girts, eave struts and connecting clips for roof and wall panels. These members control frame sway and keep purlins aligned under wind suction and snow loads. Sizes are set after frame loads and panel layout are confirmed rather than fixed to one standard size.

Tested Connection Parts, Checked Against Frame Load Requirements

Hardware is checked against order drawings before shipment. Bolt grades, thread sizes, galvanizing weight and plate dimensions appear on the packing list, and factory inspection reports go out with the order. For projects that require third-party inspection, material test certificates and bolt lot reports can be prepared in advance so site acceptance is not held up.

Where a connection falls outside the standard list, our drawing team prepares a custom detail and quotes the part separately before production. Cladding fasteners and sealing gaskets are grouped with wall and roof panel systems so panel crews have the matching fixings on site.

Accessory Supply Across Common Building Types

These parts cover industrial workshops, warehouses, commercial halls, agricultural buildings and light-steel villas. Completed deliveries are collected in our project cases, and quantities or drawings can be sent through the contact page for a hardware quote.

Send the frame drawings, panel schedule or a list of missing fittings, and we will match bolts, bracing and secondary parts to the building outline you already have.
