Wind, snow and seismic assumptions follow the local loading rules for the project location; indoor crane capacity, clear height, door openings and equipment positions are recorded before sections are fixed. Details drawn from our frame product range stay consistent so design, production and site teams work from the same set of documents.
Our in-house structural engineers handle the main framing design, connection details, and any special calculations required for corrosion protection and fire resistance. We model every project to the relevant load code, verify member sizes and node capacities, and iterate the layout to balance structural safety against the buyer's budget.
After the structural design is confirmed, our shop drawing team breaks every member into fabrication-level details: member markings, plate sizes, weld dimensions, and bolt lists. We coordinate each detail with our factory's welding equipment and the site's lifting plan, then issue the general arrangement drawings and erection instructions your crew can build from.
We build a 3D Tekla model for every project before fabrication starts. The model is used to check beam-to-column and beam-to-bracket clearances against MEP and architectural intent, generate accurate material takeoffs, and export NC files directly to our cutting and drilling machines. What you receive before steel arrives is a model walkthrough, not just a set of 2D drawings.
During erection, our engineers supply on-site or remote technical support: bolt tightening sequences, welding procedure specifications, lifting plans, and answers to field conflicts as they come up. For overseas projects we also review your crew's installation method statements and can dispatch a supervisor for the first phase of erection when required.
The drawing set covers foundation layout, frame elevations, member schedules, connection details and bolt lists. The engineering team updates member sizes and drawing revisions after client feedback. Where the frame must be checked against panels, cranes or installed equipment, Tekla and BIM models are used for clash review, and the final drawing set stays consistent with fabrication records.
For overseas projects, engineers answer erection questions during assembly and coordinate with the installation service crew. Completed frame deliveries are shown in the project cases; drawings or floor plans can be sent through the contact page to discuss scope and lead time.
