The client prioritized minimizing steel consumption without compromising safety. Through coordinated optimization of column grids, variable-section members, lightweight aluminum-zinc envelopes, and refined connections, the team achieved a significant reduction in steel usage. After passing third-party inspection with all deflection and displacement indices within code limits, the client was sufficiently satisfied to commission the Phase II facility, establishing a replicable benchmark for cost-efficient industrial design.
