High-Precision Intelligent Manufacturing
Building boards and sandwich panels are the envelope that keeps a steel building insulated, weathertight and easy to maintain. Derun supplies wall and roof panels matched to the main frame, with core options selected for thermal requirement, fire rating and budget, rather than a one-size panel across every project.
The right panel choice depends on use: an uninsulated livestock or storage building can use single color-coated sheets, while workshops, houses and cold-sensitive spaces need insulated panels. Core thickness and density are matched to indoor climate, coastal or humid exposure, and required fire performance. We align panel length, seam type and connector spacing with purlin positions from the structural drawings.
Panel systems we work with:
EPS core panels for general thermal and cost-sensitive buildings.
Rock wool core panels where fire resistance and heat insulation are required.
PU core panels for high insulation and tight joints in moderate to cold climates.
Single color-coated roof and wall sheets for ventilated or unheated structures.
Matching flashings, gutters and sealing accessories for weathertight joints.
Details for roof insulation appear on our roof sandwich panel page. Connectors and sealants are covered in the hardware accessories section, and our engineering team helps compare core materials against your climate and building code. If you are preparing a full structure, review the available steel product range together with the panels.
Tell us the building location, indoor temperature target and preferred core material, and we will recommend panel type and thickness for your envelope. Request details on the contact page.
