High-Precision Intelligent Manufacturing
Prefab steel houses provide fast, relocatable accommodation for construction camps, site offices, worker dormitories, temporary sales facilities and small commercial units. Derun builds modular steel frames with insulated wall and roof panels, finished openings and internal layout options, so the unit can be bolted together on site and moved again when the project ends.
Prefab units are designed for repeated transport and reassembly: corner columns, wall panels and floor structures are reinforced for lifting, while wiring, windows, doors and optional kitchen or bathroom fittings are planned before fabrication. Module width and height are checked against road transport limits for the destination country.
What the prefab package includes:
Light steel frame with bolted panel connections for quick assembly.
Insulated wall and roof panels for living or office comfort in normal climates.
Window, door and opening positions arranged around the unit layout.
Optional mezzanine or stacked module arrangement for compact sites.
Hardware and fasteners listed on the accessories page.
See the standard residence layout on the prefab house product page, and multi-storey arrangements on the multi-storey building framework page. Derun coordinates on-site erection for larger camp groups, and completed temporary and residential buildings are shown in our case section.
