This 11,275 m² workshop in Changle, Weifang, Shandong features an L-shaped plan with complex structural intersections at corners, demanding precise joint design and dimensional control. Hot-rolled H-section steel serves as the primary frame material, offering stable section properties and straightforward connections. With over nine roof beam specifications and twelve sizes, strict factory coding and total station surveying ensured accurate installation, while full-penetration welds with ultrasonic testing secured critical joints. This project validates Derun Heavy Steel's precision construction capability for irregular-plan industrial facilities and lays a technical foundation for overseas engineering expansion.
