Situated in Changle, Weifang, Shandong, this 10,361.21 m² phase (25,000 m² total) employs a locomotive-style layout: a multi-story steel frame office zone with high-capacity box columns at the front, and a large-span portal frame production zone at the rear. Refined joint detailing ensures reliable deformation coordination and load transfer between zones, while the customized facade unifies complex architectural form with functional zoning.
